The two-day Battery Craftsman Annual Conference 2024 concluded successfully in Shanghai. In response to the development needs for high energy density and high safety of lithium batteries, Zeal Instruments has introduced a thermal testing solution for lithium batteries. This includes testing of thermal management parameters, gas explosion characteristics, online analysis of gas composition, thermal safety characteristic parameters, and safety assessment of battery materials. It covers the entire lifecycle of the lithium battery industry chain, meeting the testing needs of enterprises for battery factory testing, module design optimization, etc., and providing scientifically reliable data support for the thermal safety and thermal management of lithium batteries. Among them, the large-scale battery adiabatic calorimeter features the latest GB/T 36276-2023 “Lithium-ion Batteries for Energy Storage” adiabatic temperature rise characteristic test function and can accommodate cells with a maximum side length of ≤1500mm, enabling thermal characteristic testing of super-large single cells and small modules.
